What is the deal with cervical vaccines?

Recieved the letter today saying my kid is due the shot at school. It's sad when anyone dies but the letter says only approximately 1000 females die a year in the UK from cervical cancer which does seem low vs the female population yet they pushing this nationwide ?. Also it is 3 shots over a 6 month period and looks like they are combining old stock with a new improved version. My kid goes to one of the top schools in the UK and I know I will be sitting down with the head and Dr explaining why I said no. Do they have to give me a list of the vaccine ingredients if I demand it ?.

On a side note it's interesting the letter claims it's caused by a virus. I have not brought up my girl to have unprotected sex with Tom,dick and harry.
