My wife may have saved a life today.
She was at the Dollar store with a co-worker. She is an RN and her girlfriend is an LPN.

A lady was acting weird and said the cinnamon was strong in the store.

There was a wall decoration that was cinnamon scented. She became disoriented and couldn't breath.

Her color change to blue which means she wasn't getting any oxygen.

My wife called 911 and her co-worker had an EpiPen in her car because she is allergic to bee's.

They injected her and it probably saved her life.

The lady had four children with her so my wife and friend took

them to the hospital and waited for the father to show up.

Just thought I'd share a happy story on this very busy news day.

God bless your wife. She was an angel today, right place at the right time. There very few coincidences in this life:-) she was right exactly where she was meant to be, and probably did save that woman's life.

Good for her and good for those four kids that could've lost their mother today.

Your wife deserves to go out to dinner and some flowers.

Nice!
Were reaching a point in society where most people now day's will just stand there & watch. Or pull out the phone cam and record as she dies.

Nice to now there are still a few smart ones left.

My wife said it seemed like forever for the ambulance to arrive.

The lady told my wife at the hospital that one of her friends had text her that she felt the urge to pray for her during the time she was in the ambulance.

Good for her and her friend. I stabilized my son today who had a seizure due to an ear infection fell off the lazy boy onto the floor I ran out to check not sure, and he was on his side shaking and bubbling I picked him up not too sure and he was turning blue,so I stripped him off fed him 7.5 ml childrens tylenol and started a luke warm bath, with no fucking hot water cause my wife used it all washing clothes(she ain't psychic though)manage to get him stable gave him a blanket and used a luke warm wetted rag to dab his head, then my wife took him to the hospital.
Doctors gave him his rubella shot with a ear infection at the time which they did not care to check out before giving him the shot. So now that he's back from the hospital from this seizure number 5 in the past two years,i'm fucking stressed he puked twice and I want to royally fuck up that goddamn motherfucking doctor/pediatrician from two years ago.

I've never heard of it either. Its amazing that she could react so strong to an odor without even physical contact. My wife described it as a cinnamon scented broom wall decoration.

Re: My wife may have saved a life today.
Could it have been one of the chemicals in the scented decoration? Because if there was no actual cinnamon prensent, then it was NOT a reaction to cinnamon.

 Quoting: RayGun

I'm not allergic to cinnamon, but I have to say some of those cinnamon scented decorations can take my breath away and give me an instant headache when I walk into a store.

I love cinnamon, but I sure wonder what's in that artificially scented crap.
