All my get rich schemes seem to have been my money making others rich. lol sad to say. But then I see 800SqMi of trackless bush (except for the industrial roads) as 'having potential' for turning a profit and provide a place that is big enough that people aren't getting in each others hair very much. Mile and a half is considered 'within range' so that can still cater to a large crowd. That would take you 90 miles and zero buildings.

I had one lotto worth 1/2M but the middle two numbers were flopped around so I ended up with $10, it was the last ticket I ever bought. lol
