No. According to Israel's Christian American friends, when Arabs or Muslims vote it is an act of terrorism. This is because they vote for who THEY want and not for what GOD wants which they would only know from the Bible or Fox News. They are not ready for democracy. They will be when they vote for Jesus as their Personal Savior!

Democracy is a form of government in which all eligible citizens have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives.

Israel has some pretty undemocratic practices. That Apartheid Wall comes to mind. So does the systemic racism. When a man can pick up a woman who consents to sex with him within the first days of their aquaintance--and be convicted of rape because he didn't tell her he wasn't Jewish--what kind of "democracy" is that? A democracy of only Jews get the easy pieces? How bizarrely racist can they be?

The whole middle east is opening up. People want to be free. Israel can't stop them by pretending they aren't people.
