yeah i agree i did work with a guy who was vegan and he
was very active running and swimming but he could not
put in a solid days work he had to stop every couple of hours and eat and even then he wasnt much good for the heavy work.

i checked the pro-vegan links (meagan the vegan! lol!) and i still say that youre average joe vegan looks unwell

ive known a handful and they were always ill, always knocking back supplements, always worrying and always obsessed with their diet and always trying to convert people. their diet/lifestyle IS their life, and everyone gotta know about it

if im not describing you as you might recognise yourselves, then perhaps ask for others to be up front with you. though they may not wish to piss you off

i, on the other hand, am never ill, save the very, very occasional cold

im an average girl, average weight, average diet and lifestyle

nothing extreme - at either end of the scale

yeah, theres chubby, there is obese and of course this is not healthy either - but do not tell me this is 'healthy'. there are truly healthy people around who do not look like their heads belong to a bigger person
