OP, most consumers purchase shit, not just those on EBT. And its necessary to have, otherwise there will be starving people which is not healthy for a country such as this.
Quoting: God Loves ALL Cutting out giving people $400 a month to spend on oreos is not letting them starve lol. I say knock it back to the essentials. Milk, bread eggs etc. Soon enough the bums will crave their sugary treats and go get a job.
