When culling the 'herd', starvation is the weapon of choice. Nutritional starvation that is, for most ,if not all processed foods are merely 'filler' and devoid of nutrients essential for a healthy body and immune system.It is important to eat raw/natural foods although now we pay through the nose to do so. If there is a break in the food chain for whatever reason, nutrient starved people will drop like flies on a daily basis.Do some research ,don't take my word for it.
