Even if someone decides to stay with non-organic food, best to buy from the smaller companies as they are more likely to produce honest, good food, even if they don't want to go though the expensive and troublesome Organic certification process. Where do those smaller companies sell? $ stores are your friends:-) Isn't it ironic? You pay $4 for trash for what you can get in good quality in a 99 cent store???

Bias aside, the article (if you could call it that) that you link to has no scientific evidence backing any of its claims. It doesn't cite any outside or third party sources, articles, scientific studies or polling that would indicate that the organic food keeps you fuller longer.
