CHINA is more of a free country than America.. Edit: CHINA is more of a free country than America...will be in 4 years...but for now China is a suck ass oppressive slavery nation unless you are one of the political elite. FIXED Well, I actually talked to some people from China a few years ago, and they said that ordinary people could do pretty much everything that people in the US could do. However, I live near a Chinese lady (probably in her 50s) who has a harrowing story of escaping China with her Grandmother when she was a child. So I assume that things have changed somewhat. Before you criticize too much, think about how things are going here now. That's all a front. I visited Communist East Germany before the wall came down and they offered the same views. Basically there are two worlds side by side in communist countries. The world for show and the real one. Don't fall for their propapganda. I've been to China and seen their lavish hotels and cities built for trade. Get in a cab and ditch your handlers and see if you can go to parts that are cut off from high society. |
