if you have the "medical marijuana license" and check the "NO" box on the fed form that asks about habitual drug use, you have just committed a de facto federal felony. no ands, ifs, or buts. are they going to come round you up tomorrow? of course not, but they will use that against you if you cause them any kind of trouble, or give them cause to charge you with another federal crime. i have LONG told folks "be very careful what you ask government for, because very often they will give it to you, and usually it comes back and bites you in the ass." every new form is another consecutive sentence, by the way, so it is in their best interest to allow you several violations, as it gives them a "multi-decades behind bars" stick to threaten you with.
