Well arent you guys lucky you have heaven for yourself?
Ill take my risks and am staying True to my Church.

Make your choice...remain "true" to the Roman Catholic church OR be loyal to God. Remaining "true" to the RCC means believing a lie - the doctrine of transubstantiation. Willfully believing in a lie makes you the enemy of God who is Truth!

And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me." Luke 22:19

beloved, LUKE NEVER MET JESUS. He wrote hearsay. And this did NOT happen, the last supper as believed.

If one must engage in this, it is the memory of Jesus' visit here that must be invoked, not his literal blood and bone body.

The actual Lord's Prayer Given by Jesus 2000 years ago.

"MY SPIRIT, YOU ARE OMNIPOTENT. YOUR NAME IS HOLY. MAY YOUR REALM BE INCARNATE IN ME. MAY YOUR POWER REVEAL ITSELF WITHIN ME, ON EARTH AND IN THE HEAVEN. GIVE ME TODAY MY DAILY BREAD, AND THUS, LET ME RECOGNIZE MY TRANSGRESSIONS AND ERRORS, AND I SHALL RECOGNIZE THE TRUTH. AND DO NOT LEAD ME INTO TEMPTATION AND CONFUSION, BUT DELIVER ME FROM ERROR. FOR YOURS IS THE REALM WITHIN ME AND THE POWER AND THE KNOWLEDGE FOREVER,
AMEN.

Do you remember your 10th birthday? Is it today...probably not. "Do this in remembrance of me" is in your mind or spirit. It is NOT "live and actual." Do you not understand the difference between a memory and what is going on right now? You do not "remember" somebody who is physically and actually present - you have them...they are there where you are...no need for a memory!

You are more right than the papal doctrine IMO. Pagans have got used to add much. Agreed, transmutation is another of their many blasphemies.

IMO it´s the bread which became His body, not the other way.

That is the problem of the world in a nut shell

if you have a different belief and or religion fine no problem as long as you dont hurt anything or anyone .

You do your thing we will do ours

But no. Thats not how it works.

That generates wars and strike when one tries to force feed their beliefs on another.

You dont like the Catholic Church? Ok fine no problem. I do

I do not attend any church. I should, but do not presently. My doctrine is a bit of a mix of the Baptists and the Pentecostals. I believe the spriritual gifts are still present in the church.

I believe in "Once Saved Always Saved." As I have gotten older, I have seen that I will never be good enough to merit heaven. That fact goes for everybody - nobody will be "good enough" to get into heaven. The only way for us humans to get into heaven is through a washing in the precious blood of Jesus. I now see humans as to weak to ever maintain their own salvation. If human salvation depended upon human strength - we are all doomed. I believe that God understands that and would not let His children wonder too far. I believe it is the Holy Spirit's job to maintain the salvation of the humans. Some people when they hear the "Once Saved Always Saved" part...well, they come back with, "Oh, so you think you can murder and not get punished." That is the completely wrong view. I view it as a Father with a 2 year old child. The Father does not let the child wander too far to get into HUGE trouble. The child can get into trouble...just not out of the Father's site and doing too much damage. There is no "Law" that the child is under...the child is only 2 years old. The child needs to learn the will and ways of his Father.

I hope that helps - it is bit of an odd post :-)

Can a Roman Catholic believe in abortion and still go to the Roman Catholic church? It happens all the time here in the US. Our politicians are typical for just such ways...they believe abortion is OK, but, they still attend the Roman Catholic church. What level of hypocrisy is acceptable? What level of hypocrisy is unacceptable? Can somebody not believe in a doctrine of the RCC...and still call themselves Roman Catholic?

Remember, Jesus did not say that He only came to bring peace...but, also strife. The belief in Jesus has separated many families. At some point in your ancestry...somebody left whatever belief system was the "family" belief system of the time and became Christian.

You are at that point today. Do you question the doctrine of transubstantiation or do you ignore any questions about it. You can not roll back time. The question is before you...I am sorry if you do not like that :-)

You have a bigger fear...I will answer the question for you...yes, it does roll "down hill" from there. If you question the Roman Catholic church on transubstantiation...you WILL question other doctrine as well.

May God bless you in your choice!

I'm only speaking from experience regarding what I felt when I took the wafer.

Years ago I didn't feel anything, but over the years I've become more sensitive to things and how it makes me feel. Although I have not participated in the church for a very long time, I remember a sense of peace and calm after receiving the sacramental bread. There was nothing satanic about it - only healing. I'm guessing that transubstantiation is just a gift from the Holy Spirit that descends down to the priest and goes to the wafers to bless it.

Just my experience.

No the holy spirit does not do that. It cannot do that. You do not understand it.

but what is going on, is your resonance with Christ, which does that for you and that is good. You are in a connection.

Then you truly do not understand the doctrine of transubstantiation...and according to the Roman Catholic Church are commiting a sin. The RCC says that the wafer is transformed LITERALLY into the human flesh of Jesus. Under the doctrine of transubstantiation there is no wiggle room...it is THE FLESH OF JESUS...that just "looks" like bread...you are to believe that it has been transformed into the literal flesh of Jesus.

Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. John 6:53 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13284416

Amazing how those who believe in transubstantiation fail to read the rest of that chapter...

...the rest from John chapter 6...

60 On hearing it, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?” 61 Aware that his disciples were grumbling about this, Jesus said to them, “Does this offend you? 62 Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before! 63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are Spirit and life.

Jesus did not tell the disiciples to eat human flesh. He was telling them to believe His words. He is the Word. The Spirit gives birth to spirit.

to a point. EAch can only build himself, but you ones actually of god, must live God and this means at times confronting people. It does not mean to be silent. Jesus was not silent, he was most confrontative and still is. That which is ignorance MUST be challenged. If they are not challenged they do not grow, for that is the nature of evolving mind, it grows stagnate without challenge.

That is behind the bible story of you shall be tested. It is going to be necessary for people to be hugely stressed in the Khazar controlled countries and religions, for so many of them are stagnate.

I tell everyone around during the voting season why I am not in a party, why I will not vote party, and thus vote in thugs etc. I don't beat them up, but I stand in what I am where possible to do so. Because I AM THAT I AM.

Re: The Roman Catholic Church's doctrine of transubstantiation is satanic.
...

Communion is the key part of mass carried down by Jesus's own disciples! I think I would rather follow their traditions , the ones of Jesus, than others created 1200 years later...

Re: The Roman Catholic Church's doctrine of transubstantiation is satanic.

This is one of those palces in the bible that the satanists wrote, NOT Jesus. He NEVER SAID THAT EVER. There was a last supper, but it was for him to meet with his TEAM and prepare for what was to come and he said they body required food and so it was. The above is satanic shit. Can you people not REASON? Satanists feast on blood and flesh. Not the godly.

FOR YOURS IS THE REALM WITHIN ME AND THE POWER AND THE KNOWLEDGE FOREVER,
AMEN.

Re: The Roman Catholic Church's doctrine of transubstantiation is satanic.

You don't seem to be understanding the question at hand. The question at hand (from your point of view) would be more like, "Did the apostles believe the bread was literally turned into the flesh of Jesus?" I don't think they did and in the first post of this thread you can see the reasoning of how I say it is not the literal flesh of Jesus. If you can refute the logic in that first post...go for it!

Re: The Roman Catholic Church's doctrine of transubstantiation is satanic.
This is the truth of the Last supper [link to www.freewebs.com]

THE LAST SUPPER
On the first day of the unleavened bread, Jmmanuel spoke to his disciples, "Go into the city to a certain person and speak to him and say: 'Jmmanuel says to you; I wish to have a last supper with my disciples at your dwelling, please, for behold, Easter is near.'

The disciples did as Jmmanuel had asked them, and they prepared the meal.
When they sat down and ate, he said, "Behold, the time is near that I shall have to take my heavy burden upon my shoulders. I do, however, go where I am supposed to go according to the prophets; however, I shall only appear to be in death and will suffer much pain of the physical body. You are not to be afraid and do not be in trepidation for this is that which I must do. There are none who can bear this adversity in my stead, nor will any be able to share of it.

"Verily I say to you, until this is past I shall no longer drink of the fruit of the vineyard or eat of the bread until the time comes that I shall drink it and eat it anew, with you.

"When I shall have risen from the state between physical life and death, I shall have lain in the tomb for three days and three nights. "
When they ate, Jmmanuel took the bread, broke it, and gave it to the disciples, saying, "Take and eat; the body needs nourishment also in times of need and grief".

And he took the cup, gave it them, and said, "All of you drink from this cup; your throats are thirsty also on rainy and cold days. Verily I say to you, as you do not understand my words now and are annoyed with me because of them, so will you be annoyed with me this night, because your minds still have not been enlightened.

"When I rise from the tomb, I will walk in front of you to Galilee, so that you may perceive the truth of my words. I have taught you wisdom and truth, but you doubt and do not believe me. Oh, you who are so faint of heart and of such little faith; how startled you will be, how confused, when I shall meet you again after being seemingly dead."
