my employees were told over a month ago that if O was reelected, there would be a 20% layoff and a 20% reduction in the salaries of the remaining workers.

They were told in advance so they could find another job to support their family. Although they have been trying, not a single person has left the company - BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND A JOB.


A week from Monday, i will be laying off the 20% - it is actually going to be about 23%. No reason to wait until January - might as well get it done now.

Business owners will not feel the pain, they can adjust. Employees are the one's that Obama will hurt - they just don't know it yet.

Although I didn't go this route, many of my business owner friends are only laying off Democrats. They are not yet a protected class..


Too bad - I'm firing some really good people.
