my employees were told over a month ago that if O was reelected, there would be a 20% layoff and a 20% reduction in the salaries of the remaining workers.
They were told in advance so they could find another job to support their family. Although they have been trying, not a single person has left the company - BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND A JOB.
A week from Monday, i will be laying off the 20% - it is actually going to be about 23%. No reason to wait until January - might as well get it done now.
Business owners will not feel the pain, they can adjust. Employees are the one's that Obama will hurt - they just don't know it yet.
Although I didn't go this route, many of my business owner friends are only laying off Democrats. They are not yet a protected class..
Too bad - I'm firing some really good people.

I'm getting smaller to avoid this law - it only applies to companies above a certain size. As of next Monday, I will no longer be above that size in either company. It makes perfect sense. These people would have had a job for as long as they wanted to work for me, if it were not for Obummercare. I'll make more money by choosing this route. That is why I put capital at risk and own businesses - to make money. Business always adapt to the situation. It's not my fault that Obummer created a situation that is more profitable to fire people. I never said Obummer was "clearly a piece of crap" - you did / but I bow to your wisdom…  Spoken like a true piece of human garbage. Have fun burning in hell, how many lives did you ruin to buy that extra house? I know people like you will get what's coming to them some day, have fun with it.
