Anyone else having this problem on the site?

Last few days I notice all the emo cons or whatever they are called in the threads.. like this one for example has no movement. Frozen. Like the BS flag is not moving. Not animated. Frozen. Never had this problem before here. only a few "move". If they are "moving".. if i scroll down the page and go back to them there frozen????
