The only explanation I can think of is that since the man didn't kill the girls he had kidnapped they didn't consider him as being all that bad. He should be sued for all of his assets and made to pay reparations to the girls in addition to prison time. |

He wasn't done with her yet...and he wasn't bored with her yet.
