My kid here 3 months old in Thailand.
No MMR jab.
Caught measles. 1 day fever. day 3: spots day 4: spots gone. Full recovery.

Measles depletes vit A in infants. Mother should take Cod liver oil if breastfeeding, and/or high Vit A - Yams/Sweet potato has highest beta-carotene/vit A... carrot juice quite high. Job done.

No triple vaccine whammy to my kid's brain.

Had the fever been really severe, hospital needed (they will probably inject vit A) - but we handled it with cool bed baths etc...
