Some would say that 20%(or whatever) interest on loans wasn't too great, or the war on drugs with mandatory sentencing wasn't great either... ah, memories... [ link to www.youtube.com] I'm just talking about society in general...our world in general. The 80's were the last time that things still felt normal, like we still had a grip on ourselves and on our world. The world started to slip through our fingers right around 1990. It's like sensory overload and everything just feels like excess...I feel bloated by it all....
