its not drugging, its a sort of hypnotism, whenever you talk about a certain subject, you cannot because your subconscious has been hypnotized to deter from whatever subject it is,

Basically, during the 'debriefing' of a mission, they get some sort of electroshock with alot of pain whenever they mention something top secret. This goes on for hours, sometimes days, until the body reacts with that same shock/pain whenever the forbidden words come up. Like Pavlov and his dogs.
