Realize that this connection was simply fantasy.
Probably you are afraid of pursuing a real relationship with someone.

So I just assumed he wasn't interested, but the constant looking got me confused. OP, men are visual creatures, not to make you feel bad, but most men look at any pretty ladies in the vicinity, especially at work. I know I used to have my favorite 'hot' guys at work that I glanced over at throughout the day. Work places are full of fantasy... lol.
