I dont think it is possible to have a SINGLE favorite book...I'm a book worm :]

Have you read "Angela's Ashes"? It's not so much about one woman, but about an Irish family and the anguish and poverty their alcoholic father put them through. It's written by Frank McCourt and it's a true story. He made his way to America and became an English teacher. His story is heart-breaking, but he still had a sense of humor. It's well worth the read.

Gods From The Cosmos, written by Alan F. Alfond

He describes a 20y research on Ancient civilisations, and egypt more specificly. I find his work even better then Zacharia Sitchin's. He based his work on Sitchin, but takes it a step further. Read it years ago and it opened up my eyes that history is nothing like we've been taught.

He was (I think) the first to mention that the great pyramide was probably some kind of power plant instead of a tombe, and describes it's construction and purpose in very great detail.

It's a thick book, but I'd recommend it to anyone with an open mind.

And of course :

The Celestine Promise by Stefan Tony Sperry

It covers 9 universal principles and laws as discovered by Stefan “Tony” Sperry, and the fundamental question : "why"

One of the most enlightening books I've ever read. It also has a follow up : Law of Attraction which explains the 10th and final universal principal.

On The Road by Jack Kerouac

If this book doesn't move you, well, you're un-moveable. If you need that impetus to "getcha arse up" and expand ya horizons this book should get you there.
