Spot on. The neck is pretty badly done. Just save the picture and zoom in on the neck, pretty bad paint job. I wonder why people are trying so hard to make us believe Harry's a propagandist. Saved and zoomed and checked in PS, no obvious sign of inconsistency indicative of doctoring and primarily cos the pic is so crappy pixelated to start with who could fucken tell? Also, multiple light sources..
