Twenty minutes soaking in it rejuvinates my body pretty well. Also helps with sore muscles and you can drink the plain kind for constipation( though it tasted gawd awful). It's got magnesium, potassium and zinc minerals in it, plus more I'm sure. |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 26124707 11/18/2012 10:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Grab some scented items from a health food store. This is the best time of the year to get them too. Things like vanilla or baked good scents are great for getting rid of stress. I like sniffing lavender oil too, but sometimes it gives me a headache instead of helping. And sometimes it just makes me feel hyper, which can be a good thing. But I'll open the bottle and just sniff it rather than adding it to a bath or whatever. And yes, baths are amazing for de-stressing of course. A nice bubble bath.. :red_heart: |

Coenzyme Q10 and Barley Grass green drinks(Dr. Hagiwara) I've tried different brand names and ProCaps are the best. A little pricey, but worth it. [link to www.procapslabs.com] I usually get the CoEnzyme Q-10 200 mg. When I can afford it, I buy the TruQ10® 100mg. Definitely good stuff! dude... green drinks. yes! green drinks are great.
