Flooding, thunderstorms, and strong winds will continue to pound the Oregon and Washington areas through this week, with the storm split in various pieces. It will be raining from now through Wednesday, a whole three days of rain. This is a lot of rain we are talking about here, with over three to four inches of rainfall inland and near the coast over five to seven inches, with some areas seeing over eight inches of rain in this period. | LindaE User ID: 8270860 11/19/2012 11:49 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We're in the Puget Sound lowlands, so all we're seeing is RAIN, and more RAIN. It's been raining for two days now, and we're getting a bit damp. Maybe this year for Christmas I should ask Santa for webbed feet so I don't have to don rainboots every time I walk outside. But it's better than snow, snow, snow. Our daughter lives close to Rainier, but she'll just get the rain from the storms. |
