Blue Sky / Red Sky : Comet ISON 2013
Said to be a potential great comet. Swings across the Sun really close. We will see it on the other side of the Sun lined up with Earth. So we would see a comet through the Sun at sunrise/sunset.

But the over all orbit isn't level with ours. Should ISON out gas greatly, as it hasn't been near the Sun yet, could produce a brilliantly bright tail spread far and wide being so close to the Sun.

That tail could reflect light in spectrum. That is the source between the Blue Star then Red Star.

The approach gives us the Blue light from the tail curved wide. The Red light after ISON passes the Sun.

Being 10 times brighter then a Full Moon, it could be a show.

looking forward to this one!
I look up at the sky, and wonder where I am on earth. Then I wonder where I am in the solar system. Then I wonder where I am in the galaxy. Then I wonder where I am in the universe. Then I wonder what universe am I in.

Mabus (Assad, Obama?) then will soon die, there will come,
Of people and beasts a horrible defeat: (chem, bio, nuclear?)
Then all of a sudden the vengeance one will see,
Hundred, hand, thirst, hunger when the comet passes.

Then white burning 'hail'/'slabs' will fall from the sky, just as it has been said.

Re: Blue Sky / Red Sky : Comet ISON 2013
bad news about this comet
From the comets-ml yahoo group (march 5th):

Disappointed comet, because it has the same appearance and faintness as seen 2 months ago. Visually has not brightened at all. Motion was checked in 1 hour period.

What is the matter with this object? Initially there seemed to be normal brightening with the passage of time, but then it steadied and subsequently even fell some in brightness. Now the data implies that in spite of it slowly decreasing heliocentric distance the comet, in spite of presenting a very distinct tail, is still not brightening to any obvious degree.

I appreciate that there was some talk a while ago about backscattering perhaps temporarily influencing this comet's brightness, but honestly I've never ascribed much to that ever having been a major factor in most comets. Neither does any sort of outburst-like event seem to explain the situation as the comet's apparent DC and coma size has not radically changed over time. So just what is going on here?

To me, at least, what we are currently seeing probably doesn't bode at all well for this comet's ultimate future development.

Will the comet cause the international space station to fall from the sky?
