Sorry to say, in case you don't know it, you will feel MUCH worse tomorrow. See if you can get some arnica, either the homeopathic tablets or the skin cream/gel, or both. It makes a BIG difference for this exact kind of pain. Try to ice the parts you think will ache the most, i.e. your wrists or your ankles (I don't know exactly how you landed). Possibly even ice up your neck for a few minutes on, a few minutes off, 3 or 4 times. Tomorrow you could take a hot bath in epsom salts. If you have a chiropractor, call in the morning for an urgent appointment. Good thing you weren't seriously hurt!! This is no time to be in a cast or on crutches....
