I Can't Do This Anymore - Need Advice GLP | |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 28033557 11/19/2012 01:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Imagine yourself meeting that other person that you have waited for OP. You are young, how would you want them to meet you? Busy or depressed as most people are? I think busy and by no means does any college degree (s) make anyone become a better income maker. Many degree holding people that we know are without jobs, doing nothing, never want to ever and live off of the ones that never went to college. Be yourself and do what you can as you can. Stay away from the dope that you did. Most people older than you would actually help you out more than they would others only because if you can get to a point to work on your own and get somewhere shows alot of courage and determination. |

Who loves you, will give you advice, keep you safe, keep you inspired, and wil most of all, be there for you. His name is Jesus Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13303660 I am crying reading this post. Something is keeping me away from Jesus.Personally I called a church,I told them I want to convert to Christianity and they said they only provide mass on sundays and I can't visit Jesus during the week. They said they have mass at 10 on sundays only....why don't I get to have access to church during the week just to cry a little and see Jesus???? I am so sad these days... You do not need to be in a church to be with Jesus. You can communicate with Him anywhere you are, including in your home or out in nature. There were no Christian churches when the Lord began His ministry here on earth. Our communion with Him can happen anywhere and at any time. Feel free to talk to Jesus right where you are right now. Just bow your head and pray a simple prayer in which you ask Him to be with you and guide your footsteps so you may walk the path He desires for you to take, the path that will lead you to happiness and joy. Our most difficult task in this life is to conquer our own ego because it is our ego that prevents us from humbling ourselves before the Lord and seeking His will rather than our own will in the decisions we make that affect our lives. Simply pray to Jesus, ask Him to guide you to the right path and end your prayer asking for His will rather than your will to be done. Jesus loves each of us dearly. He gave his life to give us a way to be redeemed from sin. He loves each of us very, very much. Even when we feel all is lost and we cannot find our way, asking Jesus to point out the right way to go is all we need to do. He will give us a sign so we know the right way to go. God be with you friend. Do not dispair. You are NEVER ever truly alone - God has promised that he will never leave us. All we must do is claim that promise and pray about whatever is troubling us. God bless you now and always. |

Hey-I haven't read ahead; I don't know what you've gotten in the way of replies...but: you don't need church for Christ. In fact, it sounds like you were dabbling in a catholic one, which is and does the opposite of what J.C. stood for. Fellowship is good, don't get me wrong, but the path to Jesus and His Father begins and ends with you alone. And not 'alone' in the sense that you need to stay alone...but you should understand that already. Call to Him from within, and pray. You'll see. ;) There is something keeping me from praying. I can't focus, maybe it's my marriage, It's like there is an obstacle between Jesus and me. Come bro, already told you. Just have to accept it. "Never been a sinner I never sinned I got a friend in Jesus So you know that when I die He's gonna set me up with The spirit in the sky Oh set me up with the spirit in the sky That's where I'm gonna go when I die When I die and they lay me to rest I'm gonna go to the place that's the best Go to the place that's the best" |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 26616704 11/19/2012 02:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Say, OP, in my humble opinion, the few pesons who said that you sounded like somebody suffering from depression are right in my book. If im wrong, sorry about it, but frankly, a few of your symptoms described in your story strongly suggest it. I know, i am bipolar,(manic-depressive), and i pretty much know how its like and how it looks like too. And, in my case, i say MY case because its not necessarely the case of everybody as there are MANY flavors in depression, its a chance that i have my treatment, otherwise, i would not be here today and with all the crap that happened to me last year and now back alone and having to re-start from scratch, it helps me staying in one piece and go on. I'd say that it would be a good thing to consult a doctor, just to see... And, oh, the other person who advised you to stay off the pot in your case, great advice! eat some carrots instead, its safer... On another subject: euh...somebody can explain to me why i have a US of A flag?! I have none against my neighbours, but, im a Canuck! What gives? lol. Sorry for my bad English people, its not my Mother language. Batman don't shiv! |
