Egyptian President gives mandate to the defense minister to declare a general mobilization

Egyptian President Mohammed Mursi charged the Secretary of Defense mandate to declare a general mobilization in the Egyptian army.

An Egyptian military source said the decision came as a Morsi President of caution and does not mean declaring a general mobilization.

The source added that a decision can be handed to a party or third party tries to sabotage the Egyptian national security that Egypt is ready for any scenario.

Major General Sameh Seif run out President said that the right to take such a decision can not be seen as a declaration of war.
