Why not go in and arrest the perpetrators then? I'm getting sick of saying this now, but England coped with years of terrorism, nail and glass bombs etc in shopping centres, pubs and other public places, without resorting to massacaring loads of innocent people, or denying them a decent standard of living. The rockets aren't the huge problem they're made out to be. The iron dome is brilliant in that regard, although not 100% obviously. People are shouting about "1000 rockets!! " but. how much damage have they really done. It's important to realise the reasons why hamas ended up with the support of people otherwise opposed to violence and just lookING for a peaceful life for them and thir families. It's time to reassess the situation, and for the world to admit and put a stop to the human rights abuses that are ongoing in thearea.
