I have watched the webs like stuff for YEARS.

It is from the chemtrails.

It usually sticks to metal (cars, gutters, and things like that).

I believe it carries certain toxic chemicals.

When you grab or touch them they disappear or disintegrate.

They dissolve into your skin with contact.

NOT GOOD.

They get on everything. Garden food, into the ground to well water,......

Not many people notice.
