Uhmmmmm.................. ya they do it, by the millions I guess, but they do have problems and illness and disease are rampant from bathing in it. Skin problems, parasites and disease. I wouldn't call that not having any problems. Read up on it.

Not to mention the half burned bodies and body parts cast into the Ganges from all of the cremations on its banks. Well at least they do try to burn them. In NY they just shoot people and throw them in. Any way you slice it, 'floaters' certainly do not add to the ambiance of the waterways.
