WOW! I'm skimming through that PDF file and never knew this?! If your employer says you must speak English at work, he or she must show that speaking English is required for you to do your job correctly. Your employer must also tell you that English is required before you are hired.
If your employer cannot show that speaking English is required for your job, he or she may be breaking a federal law.Then the same should apply also when the job requires you to speak Spanish or mandarin. Is this new? I never heard of it. Also how can people get benefits because they haven't paid into the system doesn't make sense. Wow and I was turned down for medical assistance I am out if work and have worked for over thirty years non stop since I was 15 unbelievable. I can't get any help i'm on my own.
