Did you stop to think that maybe those books were rejected because they're not true?
There must have been satanic pagans and gnostics chomping at the bit to get their own information stuffed in there.

Jesus himself studied the book of Enoch and referenced it in the Bible. Why was it left out by the council? Because it's generally accepted that The Book of Enoch was made waaaaay late and has teachings that stand in direct conflict with well established/better sourced books in The Bible. So how was it referenced By Jesus' own brother Jude if it was written "waaaay later". I've got my doubts on some of the later add ons, but all my research on the Book of Enoch leads me to believe the only reason it's not included in the Bible is due to the mind-blowing revelations of the watchers, and what they mean for religion in general. Interesting.
