That makes no sense whatsoever. Drug cartels exist because of US dollars. Islamic terrorists want to destroy the US. It doesn't sound like these two groups would have anything in common. But the fucks in DC absolutely jizz all over themselves at the mere thought of consolodating the war on drugs with the war on terror.
