Nothing like it except a Jack-in-the-Box Breakfast Jack... But this isn't about breakfast.

Burger Time And In and Out. Then double cheeseburger at Dairy Queen.

Wendy's the use never frozen beef fresh delivered everyday.

mc donalds double cheese burger off the 99 menu plain with no onions.3 or 4 of them.

Freddy's has a great burger ....just in the Midwest tho

smash burger is great and mooyah is really good too

I'm not sure anything beats a hot of the grill White Castle burger tho

Five Guys can't wrap the burgers right. Too messy...

hell just make them at home with fresh ground pink slime, or whatever you have laying around. Put in some onion soup mix. Best to use higher fat ground beef, as the action of the fat hitting the coals both regulates the temperature inside the grill, allowing you to keep the lid closed and walk away, something that can't be done with any gas grill I've used, and produces great flavor.

Get some fresh, made that day grocery store buns, and whatever else you enjoy.

Fire up your CHARCOAL grill with your charcoal chimney... right before putting the burgers on put applewood pieces on the coals.

Put burgers on, well done ones in middle, less done ones on sides, close lid, close vents 80% of the way, walk away for 10 minutes, return, flip, walk away another 5-10 minutes, flip and move around as necessary, another 5 minutes later enjoy delicious applewood smoked juicy burgers...

This is using a dome style charcoal grill such as a weber gold or equivalent wal-mart knockoff. Can't guarantee same results with rectangular or other non round/dome shaped grills.

Haven't read through the thread but I'm gonna say Five Guys (when compared to Whataburger, In-N-Out, Shake Shack, and the like). I get the feeling I'm not alone on this.

Culver's is pretty good, also, but I consider them the best of the second tier (McDonalds, Burger King, Hardees and so on)

The local mom and pop out on the highway in this part of the woods (literally) has all the fast food joints beat.

Better than that are my own burgers. Best there are... for me.

Yeah, Whitecastle burgers are really good, and actually not so bad for you. BTW if you own a steamer, you can make you're own. Good times!
