I hear you OP. I used to give a damn. After many years of getting worked up and pissed off at the world I realized that the vast majority of people are not only oblivious to their surroundings, but they also don't care - and because of that they are able to enjoy life. I finally gave up. I'm not a kool aid drinking sheep by any means, but my attitude has significantly changed. I'm still aware of the shit that goes on that most people are clueless to but I don't let it affect me anymore - its just not worth it.
