The Tree of Good and Evil? Cast out of Eden not for the sin itself but for lying to God?

Did God always tell the humans they shouldn't fear anything except for God and they shouldn't have to fear God because God loves them?
Does that make any sense, what I'm saying?

The tree of good and evil
that draws up the fear
of the devil
inside you that lives in peril
to corrupt you to betray and fear
your friends that hold you dear
for the denial of your mistake
the lie you made to deceive
your beloved god
as your friend
opens your mind to the Truth
you're so blind for your youth
you were told to behold
and wait for the saviour
to come and change your behaviour
but you're so blind for your youth
you just can't see the Truth
but still you keep looking
forever in the deep
forgotten in the dark
your conciousness asleep
behind the walls of your ego
like dogs that only bark.
