The DA said it all "Pidgeon shoots are legal, and I want this dagerous cat and mouse game to stop before someone gets hurt". That being said, that drone didn't take a long distance shot from a shotgun. What ever hit it was a tight pattern. I think the camera drone was shot by a small shot gun from close range.
