I am listening to this on another tab, and haven’t finished, but basically the guy reached “70 % diversity” which is awesome news! Oh there are a couple of things that need to be tweaked, such as the crime level that went up as test scores went down, and metal detectors had to be installed, and oh yeah there have been some gang fights. Oh and that little issue about the SWAT team that had to be called. But it’s doing great!!! These are super kids and nothing is ever their fault–of course it’s the teachers’ fault because they are a bunch of dumb old white folk who don’t know how to reach out.

But it’s awesome!

Oh yeah and I’m switching my daughter to another, safer school that is as fantastic as this one used to be. And maybe I can destroy it faster than the three years it too for me to ruin this one!

Sad part is – there are people out there just like this guy and they’re allowed to vote!

Hilarious, I had to stop (also made it to 3:41) before I threw up! Schools like the one Jerome came from are that bad because the public eduational system doesn't want to change, they don't want kids to be accountable, they don't want to encourage them to study hard, they set the standards at the lowest common denominator; these folks want to move the kids into successfull programs and then bring those programs down to the level of the failing students. It is so SAD; I watched a documentary of a very successful LA inner city school that really educated the kids and made them tow the line in order to stay in the program, the graduating % was very very high as was % of the kids who went on successful college degrees. At the conclusion the head of the LA school system, when asked why the public schools didn't pattern their programs the same way, said "that's just not the direction we are interested in taking." And people wonder what's wrong with our public educational system>
