...

I was using the wording of the bible in it's description of the tree of life.....wow. they obviously were referring to harvesting it monthly like a hemp farmer would.
 Quoting: Perseus7

Yea, and when someone talks about their orange tree "fruiting" they are really only talking about the leaves and branches... right? lol
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7756583

do people harvest orange trees for clothing and medicinal wraps etc... no? stfu and go to bed..
 Quoting: Perseus7

You obviously missed the point.

No one would call a hemp plant without buds "fruiting."
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7756583

Yes they would and I know what I'm talking about. I've grown more hemp than you will ever see in your life kiddo.

Stop bashing this thread with unimportant nonsense. You are just trying to derail from the main topic. Now shut up or join the main discussion.

In your original post you said that it fruits every month that is not true
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7756583

I can tell you a million things in the bible that weren't translated very well. The general idea is that tree sized cannabis plants on riverbanks will generally fruit every month during the right season. This is not rocket science.
 Quoting: Perseus7

Thats not what you said, you said they fruit EVERY MONTH.

I was able to drop a very strong narcotic and eight other medications when I found this precious herb. It opened my mind to all the fake programs we are thought from cradle to grave.

 Quoting: Amy_A

the end of the age of greed.

keep witnessing!
let the truth be heard.
gates of hell opening,
if not for your word.

the trigger we hide
inside our tiny head.
is there to light,
and illuminate the dead.

as slaves once served
in a garden of sages.
by awakening unnerved,
afraid through the ages.

soon our sages return
to check on their seeds.
our tormentors burn
for their evil deeds.

inherit the earth
all those who will;
give freedom it's birth,
the soil will till.

and this time around,
unafraid we are not.
our creator us found,
the maker of pot.

after our heartaches
have healed into scars.
not repeating our mistakes
we reach for the stars.

Try a high CBD strain as they have had the most luck with battling cancer cells, or in my lingo, I prefer CBD tells cancer to commit suicide quite efficiently. CBD Crew helps procure and develop strains rich in CBD, look em up.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14873148

I wonder it that is the different between the type of "High". Weither it has more CBD or THC. I have a weird strain that tasty fruity and the high it totally different than anything i have EVER had. It a feel good spirital energy high. But i still can eat food and veg out on it. Some times its like my body cant get enough but its not so with other types.

I know how to turn it into Harsh oil (pure thc and cbd) but the question is more so should it be injected, eaten, smoked, reckal (straight to blood stream)?

You sound like someone who thinks they know something about growing? You should maybe try and deflect a little more cause the DEA is going to be all over you! lol

Anyways...The real reason that it is illegal everywhere is because if everyone was smoking it and eating it, there would be no more wars! Just lots of hungry people discussing spirituality and the meanings to life.

Gotta have their wars...so weed is illegal!

They only fruit ONCE A YEAR in the wild you clowns, finishing around late fall
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7756583

you can make them flower or keep flowering.

Its the 12/12 daylight/darkness that start them to flower. Unless they are preflowering. (rare but can start to pistols and white hairs will still in 16/8 or 20/4 lighting cycles.)

cut the top branches and let the bottom grow. However not ideal.

But what he was meaning to say is to can set up 3 fields or rooms. They can be timed to flower or harvest ever month (pleaase give 4 days air drying for best taste. you can go 2 room and do every 1.5 months like i know most do.

the we could talk about the blue and red color of light for which growth or even the different strain or the two kinda of highs (spirital or stoned) and which plant and what time gives it to you.

I reaally like this tread.

BTW do anyone know how it can but used or applied to battle Brain tumer or cancer. I kinda know someone and what do she it if works.

Well if you steam it passed 180 degrees then all the oils with be in the steam correct. steam and Vaporizing are the same per say.

I have heard they have to eat or inject the oil. (distilled)
I have done alot of research on the subject.

Half a pound of mexican dirty = oz of good.

thanks for the pin mods.. glad to see people enjoying the thread, the troll served his purpose, probably wouldnt have been pinned otherwise.

you have to be pretty open minded to get into the evolved from plant theory..but if you believe we didnt land here as fully formed humans then its easy to understand being in a plant type stage could easily have preceded being in a walking talking stage.

the real evidence for it is not the cerebellum pic though it is the amazing relationship between our Endo-cannabinoid system and the phyto-cannabinoids of cannabis.

Re: Cerebellum ^ CANNABIS IS THE Tree of Life
I was excited to see this thread last night. However, by the morning the immature posts have absolutely killed the topic of discussion.

From my research it seems the plant was made illegal for fuel, energy, textiles, health, and nutrition purposes in a nutshell. There was too much money to be made from fossil fuels and monopolizing the industries pertaining to industrial hemp and medical cannabis. On top of the profits to be made, think of the government going back on some 70 years of propaganda and say they were wrong... yea right. As for flowering/fruiting. I believe one poster hit it on the head: Depending on the strain and relatively to the equator, flowering/fruits times can vary drastically. From my understanding, Hawaii is one of the only US landmasses which is capable of producing fruit 4 times a year in natural sunlight.

Could we please get back on subject about this plant's relationship with humans? How monthly new cannabinoids are discovered and their uses continue to amaze open minds. From THCV to CBD, there is more to this plant then I have read in this thread, rather disappointed in GLP stoner knowledge.

Re: Cerebellum ^ CANNABIS IS THE Tree of Life
Now to get to the really out there ideas..

If in the beginning there was void and since void cannot be stable it explodes creating the symbol or grand schematic of our universe. we know this as the big bang..but what people don't understand is that the big bang could be a gigantic spore print.

first lets look at the typical artist rendition of big bang
[link to nothingoutofnothing.files.wordpress.com]

now lets look at a typical spore print and deduce what we see in it.
[link to ts1.mm.bing.net]

thus the creation of matter with white overlaying black. white contains the full spectrum of color,sound,dimension..etc. and we know it is of positive polarity dominance.. anti-matter is on the other side of the void.

So think of the universe as one huge spore print schematic..with the alpha and omega contained within it and the image of GoD represented by the Protogonos or DNA...or Trinity. Spores are able to survive in the vacuum of space as well.

Re: Cerebellum ^ CANNABIS IS THE Tree of Life
First off, it sucks what happened to this thread in the last few pages. Glad to see it coming back on this page.

Secondly, I have always felt the the presence of this shared chemistry begs the question, did one species evolve in response to the other? Well, to find the answer, we might look at what other animals can use cannabis? Anyone ever get their dog high? I think the "evolve alongside" theory is a close miss. I think a common ancestor, with cannabis the remaining species miht be closer. Hops, the only other genus in this family, is also psychoactive, but really is only a sedative, lacking the psychedelic effects. Hops has other physiological effects, though, affecting digestion and other systems (liver, kidneys, reproductive).

Thirdly, as an herbalist, I occasionally find uses for this plant. The old docs (the Eclectics, Physiomedicalists, and the early Homeopaths) up 'til the 1930s used cannabis mostly for sleep related issues. Bad dreams, in particular, is a primary indication. This plant comes to mind for me whenever bad dreams accompany the problem for which my client is seeking my help. It does not matter what the problem is, if they have nightmares and are down with it, Cann. usually ends up in their formula. The indications surrounding the eyes are also fairly old. Dating to the middle ages, at least.

I have often wondered if the association with the eyes came from its psychedelic effects. Ever take a lot and chill alone in a quiet, dark room, as Terence McKenna suggests? Well, it's a VERY different experience... much more psychedelic.

Another thing I find interesting is the difference the route of administration, as well as the preparation method, can have on the effects. Smoking is pretty familiar to most folks, and many have had the slower, "shroomier" experience of brownies or cookies. Tincture, though, is much more sedative and anodyne (pain-killing). Heating the raw material before tincturing, increases anti-inflammatory and anodyne properties while rducing the "stoniness" by changing the balance of THC and other cannabinoids.

Fascinating plant, really. It certainly is on my top ten medicinals, but is not in my list of most commonly used ones.

Anyway, glad to see the real conversation coming back!

Re: Cerebellum ^ CANNABIS IS THE Tree of Life
It changes, mostly depending on the season and availability. I collect most of the plants I use in my practice myself, and ilnesses (and pregnancies) tend to come in waves, so there are a lot of variables...

In no particular order, lately I have mostly been using:

*Chia seed,
*Thimbleberry leaf (a thornless, large leafed berry in the same genus as raspberry and used interchangeably)
* Calendula flowers
* Horsetail
* Nettle leaf (a big one in Winter, as a preventive and mineralizer)
* Dandelion (both leaf and root, but for different purposes)
* Wild Yam (i buy this))
* Catnip (number one or two most used, maybe tied for all time number one with Chia)
* Elderberry (I use leaf for something else, and rarely)
* Alfalfa (nutritive tonic, try not to us commercial product, plants are most mineral-rich afte about their fourth year of growth)
* Passionflower (i buy from a friend. Fairly strong sedative and hypotensive)

Most of the above are used for their highly bioavailable nutritive/mineral content. Many have a strong alkalizing effect as well. Remember, too, that much of herbalism is prevention and general health maintenance. Anecdotal evidence is strong here, and important. Preventives are hard to prove; if it works, nothing happens! :)

Did that answer the question? I would start my own thread, but it got me exiled last time. I think mods are nervous about liability and the FDA cares nothing for disclaimers.
