Poke shoots have many times more Vit. C in them than do oranges

you would have to grow your own, it is fantastic for juicing raw.

juice alone isnot good, only convenient. When you drink the juice of a plant, and donot do the required chewing, it causes a craving in you, making you want to chew. The pulp/fodder/roughage/fiber is more important than the juice, anyway.

He was promoting ALL of this very same information that you have discussed. He had ONE kilo of cannabis at his ministry yet the govt claims he was a major drug kingpin. Since he has been incarcerated the price of pakalolo has plummetted on this island. Someone wanted him locked up. I don't condone the plant, as It lead me to my spiritual path. What I had learned, is whatever the plant offered me, my body, mind, soul, offered me more, on a more permanent basis.

The high is real, it raises our vibration, but in reality we must learn to raise our vibrations with out it. Just say that the plant offers us a glimpse of what we can become without it.

The Plant is a reunion of our spirit, in that its powerful, and resonates with us.

We are the tree of life, the Kundalini proves that, the higher we climb, the more we learn about ourselves, and the closer we get to the Source.

In order to get the benefits, the Spirit of the Plant shall be thanked, before using, and not to be abused.

Meditation & the Plant is a powerful combination, that can activate the 3rd eye, and one might not like what they see, though its all about what is in the individuals mind, subconsciously as well.

That's why the Kundalini always start, at the lower chakras, to purify the soul before moving up, so we don't have any problems with the 3rd eye.
