I forgot. Whenever you take a dry plant tincture made with everclear, you should put it in a little water. Some folks take it straight, but I can't and I have used tinctures for many years. The less water you use, however, the faster it will enter your bloodstream, bypassing the portal vein side of the liver. Alcohol is neat that way. You CAN just put it in your glass of juice, or whatever, but expect a longer time for results.
