AFAIK, Nibiru is supposed to orbit our sun, not some other star.

The 'super-jupiter' that orbits it's star at almost twice the distance that our furthest known planet orbits our star could be a metaphor for some as-of-yet undiscovered body of similar mass orbiting Sol way beyond Neptune's orbit.

But it's nowhere near us and probably never will be.
