Thanks for all the input guys some good stuff here.

I suppose what I'm saying is just that it appears too crazy to conceive that if everything is holographic in a sense then what happens in these two scenarios :

1. I go to the bathroom and a spider has made a web in the corner of the room. The next day the web has dust on it and the spider is gone.

Review : Now if I there is a concept that something doesn't exist unless I observer it, then why the hell is the spider there in the first place and I really didn't expect to see dust on the web when the bathroom is clean. Noone else in the house to observer but me. Did I create the spider, web and dust, as I presume a group think didn't create it.

2. A hypnotist can make a single person in front of an audience think that they are in an empty room, yet all the audience observes the person perceiving that they are not there.

Review : Who is controlling the reality, the hypnotised person or the audience who laugh and watch on.

It would appear there is a construct that dictates everything around us, the random, the obvious, the physical laws and the general universe. However if the concept of the holographic universe is that you can change this, I would presume it's impossible as whatever you create, however bizarre ie turning yourself invisible, would collapse when people observe you thinking that your invisible, hence your mad. An example would be a mad man (in our sense) can see giant elephants jumping through the air but noone else can see it or believe it, but the mad man has full belief that they see them. Are they mad, or is it the group think and construct is too strong for everyone else to see his reality?
