This thread is extremely difficult to follow. I think I got the gist of it though.

The 9th element is not Iodine, it's Fluorine. Iodine is the 53rd element. The entire premise of your theory is completely thrown off by that discrepancy alone. However, if you really want to make Iodine work with the number 9, you can get 9 out of the Atomic Weight and Atomic Number, see below:

Atomic number = 53 (5+3=8)
Atomic weight = 126.90447 (rounds to 127, 1+2+7=10 or 1)
10+8=18, 1+8=9

Regardless, I don't believe there was a nuclear war 2000 years ago. We would have found some kind of evidence pointing to that by now. Now if you were to tell me that we had become advanced enough to kill ourselves off with nuclear war say 250,000 years ago I might believe you more, only because there would be no way to prove it did or didn't happen. In fact, with Earth being estimated at 3.5 Billion years old I have a hard time believing this is the first time humans have become this advanced. It is very possible that we were even further advanced then we are now and due to some kind of catastrophe we either left the planet or were wiped out.

Nothing specific on the other texts, I try to read anything and everything. A few examples are, The Holy Bible (ESV, NLV, KJV, I know not the oldest versions, I've been trying to find an older version at the local book stores with not much luck), Gnostic Bible, Secret History of the World by Mark Booth, Essentials of Hinduism, The Holy Qur'an plus any other history book I can get my hands on. Only recently have I started reading the Qur'an and Essentials of Hinduism and have yet to finish. I do not recall the scripture regarding the keys you refer to.
