This thread is extremely difficult to follow. I think I got the gist of it though.

The 9th element is not Iodine, it's Fluorine. Iodine is the 53rd element. The entire premise of your theory is completely thrown off by that discrepancy alone. However, if you really want to make Iodine work with the number 9, you can get 9 out of the Atomic Weight and Atomic Number, see below:

Atomic number = 53 (5+3=8)
Atomic weight = 126.90447 (rounds to 127, 1+2+7=10 or 1)
10+8=18, 1+8=9

Regardless, I don't believe there was a nuclear war 2000 years ago. We would have found some kind of evidence pointing to that by now. Now if you were to tell me that we had become advanced enough to kill ourselves off with nuclear war say 250,000 years ago I might believe you more, only because there would be no way to prove it did or didn't happen. In fact, with Earth being estimated at 3.5 Billion years old I have a hard time believing this is the first time humans have become this advanced. It is very possible that we were even further advanced then we are now and due to some kind of catastrophe we either left the planet or were wiped out.
