P.S. I really think people need to cut David dIcke some slack - the man is 60 years old -- an old man riddled with arthritis. His life must be absolute hell from the amount of people who have abused and humiliated him over the years. All he's done is tried to open people's minds and he's attacked mercilessly because he's in the minority of one -- making him an easy target.
