Been working at wally world for over 25 years and have to say right now working there is worse than burning in Hell. They leech old 50+ people to unload trucks in 95 degree weather under the sun. The schedules are totally rigged to fuck up your life meaning they go out of their way to make sure you never rest for more than one day off at a time. All wages at Wal Mart are capped meaning once you pass the miserable wage tier for whatever job they give you you wont get shit for your yearly evaluation. No customer service on the sales floor..and they torture the few full time associates to cover the entire store and do the job of 5 , part times fucked over with a few hours to barely be able to buy basic food commmodities.

It's easy to say go work somewhere else but some of us werent able to finish our education, or are older and not able find work.. Wal Mart needs to have Unions that pressure them to treat associates like human beings and not animals. Its a circus right now that Company and even if it meant losing my job I hope they lose enough money to force them back to treating regular associates like humans..back when Sam Walton was in control.
