Book : 'A Systematic Course in The Ancient Tantric Techniques of Yoga and Kriya' (Satyananda/Nischalananda). A door-stopping tome that describes enough hatha yoga and meditation techniques to keep me busy should I be castaway for a life time. BTW....Meat Freaks...you're going to be awfully bunged up after a while....:p So your going to take the opportunity to become enlightened. OMmmmmmm |
