Why am i here? How am i sitting here?in this chair using my fingers typing letters and words thinking thoughts with my mind, looking around with my eyes using sight,hearing and smelling things. How is my consciousness inside of this physical life form? out of the 7+ billion other humans currently alive and billions that have died, How and why did my consciousness enter into this particular body in 1986???????  OP, this is what is called the "wake up process". Those questions are of essential value...keep asking, you will get answers. Try not to think only with your intellectual mind but involve your heart, your whole being, into this process. Take one step (question) at the time and just contemplate about it until you receive the answer that resonates with you a 100%. Trust in yourself. Blessings
