if they do this, they get charged the same as anyone driving drunk. Not something you want to do a lot, very expensive at least in my state, and more than one... you're in a heap of hassle then.

I'll say this again. Everyone who supports marijuana being illegal, should also support alcohol being illegal.

What would happen if society would not have it's outlets to loosen up after a hard week busting one's ass at work.

Are people expected to stay stone cold sober for life because of someone else's moral values? There is no doubt some people, in fact dare I say a lot of people, drink what I would consider excessively. That's their right.

Punish them when they harm others, don't make nanny state 'preventive' laws just in case they might do something.
